SUDBURY MITSUBISHI SALES EVENT

1. The Event

The Sudbury Mitsubishi Sales Event (the “Event”) is presented by Sudbury Mitsubishi, 2100 Kingsway, Sudbury, ON P3B 2G2 (the “Dealer”).

The Event runs from Thursday, September 24 to Saturday, September 26, 2026, inclusive.

2. Advertised Payments

The following payments apply to select new in-stock units:

• Mitsubishi RVR — $0 down, $85 weekly, 96 months at 3.99%.
• Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross — $0 down, $90 weekly, 96 months at 3.99%.

All payments are on approved credit through the manufacturer's finance provider. Rates, terms and eligibility are set by the manufacturer and may change or end without notice.

Advertised payments exclude HST, licensing and any government or environmental fees unless expressly stated. Final pricing and payments are confirmed in writing on the bill of sale.

3. The 50" TV Giveaway

One (1) 50-inch television will be awarded to one entrant by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Event.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve an entrant's chance of winning.

One entry per person. Duplicate entries using the same email address will not be counted.

The prize has no cash value, is not transferable and may not be substituted except by the Dealer with a prize of comparable value.

4. Eligibility

Entrants must be residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry.

Employees of the Dealer and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the prize.

Financing offers are available to retail customers who qualify under the applicable manufacturer program rules. Fleet, commercial and wholesale transactions may be excluded.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the Event closes.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided and must correctly answer a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded.

If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, the Dealer may select an alternate entrant.

6. Availability

All offers apply to in-stock units only and are available while quantities last.

The Dealer is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors in any advertisement. Where an error occurs, the correct manufacturer program terms apply.

7. Contact Requests

Information submitted through this website is used to enter the draw, respond to your enquiry about the Event, provide pricing and availability, and keep the required business records.

Providing your details does not create an obligation to purchase.

8. Privacy and Marketing Consent

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation and may be shared with service providers assisting the Dealer.

Submitting an entry does not automatically consent you to marketing communications. Marketing consent is requested separately, is optional, and can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

9. Changes

The Dealer may modify, extend or end the Event or any individual offer at any time, subject to applicable law and manufacturer program terms.

The Event is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
